Click Settings
Fill in your description. Use your main keyword 2 times if you can, use secondary keywords to make a sentence.

Set your Time Zone
Change to Yes where it says Show Link fields, the default is No
Click Save Settings
Click Comments
Comment Form Placement choose Embedded below post
Backlinks choose Show
Fill in your Email address
Save Settings
Select Posting
Use targeted keyword or search term for title.
Write Your first paragraph with the targeted keyword or term in the first sentence.
Publish your first post.
There is a lot of conflicting advice on how many words and how often you should post. I believe that it differs for different bloggers and audiences. Being consistent makes a lot of sense to me and that's what I try to do. I don't want to spend to much time on a blog that makes no progress so I usually have about six blogs going at a time.
